You are trying to access SLA reports for synthetic monitor.
To be able to access it without having an account in New Relic, you have made it public.
However the links are not working, you are asked for login.
New Relic One - Synthetic
Firstly, make sure you have Public SLA enabled - go to the Synthetic monitor > SLA
- If Public SLA is already enabled, then disable it for a minute or some and then re-enable it again
- Sometimes this issue is client based i.e. your browser is not able to view public SLA, however, this is not the case for other users.
- Initially try to test your SLA links on your browsers incognito mode and/or try another browser
- If your SLA links work, then simply clear your browser cache (all time recommended) and try again.
